- Order Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

 - Order Cancellation After Shipment: Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
 
Non-Eligible Items
 - Certain items may not be eligible for returns or refunds due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include Pet Foods and some consumable products. We will clearly indicate such items on the product pages.
